Uccio has more than 15 years of experience in Real Estate and Broker of BZG International.

During his career, he has overseen over 1000 real estate transactions including, REO properties for Wells Fargo & Wachovia, single-family new developments, new construction condominiums, multi-family buildings & rental income properties throughout South Florida.

Uccio is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and moved to Puerto Rico with his family as a teenager before moving to Key Biscayne, FL. He has a bachelor's degree at Florida International University.

Brandon Brugal has a proven record of success. As part of the BZG Real Estate team, he's helped expand the company's growth and reach since 2008.

Throughout his career, he's honed in on the trends and shifts of what makes Miami one of the most exciting cities for real estate and growth. As a Miami native, he understands what people are drawn to and has a pulse on what's current and on what's to come.
